In the partnership program you will be paid 50% membership that joins through your site.
You may use only unaltered banners and promotional galleries of ours. You must not remove any watermarks or copyrights.
All visitors you send to us must come from a web page. We do not allow email links/spamming or any other such practices that could reflect negatively on our program. Failure to comply to this request will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and also may result in the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account.
Sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices without the prior written consent of scarlettblue.com will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent, and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account: child pornography, bestiality, warez, password selling or trading, news group postings, spam e-mails.
scarlettblue.com will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors.
We do not accept sites that endorse: child pornography, bestiality, warez, mp3 and password selling or trading. Any hits and/or sales sent from sites like these will not be paid for.
All surfers sent to our site must be in a full size window with toolbars, location, scroll bars, etc. Must be a regular window unaltered.
Only one account for each program is allowed per company or organization.
Sponsors whose account has been terminated by scarlettblue.com must email us if they wish to rejoin our program. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of ALL moneys accumulated from the new account.
We reserve the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website or for any other reason.
"Illegal Spamming" violates scarlettblue.com rules and is strictly prohibited. If you get caught illegally spamming you will be dropped from the program and you will not get paid.
